We are delighted to welcome you to a peaceful stay amidst nature and wildlife.
During Your Stay
- Please treat the cottage, its furnishings, gardens, and surroundings with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
- We are a pet-friendly property. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times.
- A caretaker is available to prepare home-cooked meals and snacks upon request.
- Cooking charges:
- Up to 5 guests: ₹1,000 per day
- 6 or more guests: ₹1,500 per day
Safety & Property
- The property is located within the buffer zone of a tiger reserve and wildlife sanctuary. Wildlife movement may occur in and around the property.
- For your safety, please avoid venturing outdoors after dark.
- Children and pets should remain indoors after sunset and must be supervised at all times.
- In the event of an emergency after dark, guests should move only in groups and exercise caution.

By Accepting A Booking, The Guest Confirms:
1. Guest Indemnity and Assumption of Risk
The Guest acknowledges that Magpie Cottage is situated in a natural, wildlife-rich environment and that participation in outdoor activities, including nature walks, safaris, birdwatching, trekking, cycling, and other recreational pursuits, involves inherent risks. These may include encounters with wildlife, insects, reptiles, uneven terrain, natural water bodies, adverse weather conditions, and other hazards associated with a wilderness setting. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that the owners, management, employees, and representatives of Magpie Cottage shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or death arising from participation in such activities or from the natural conditions of the surrounding environment. Guests acknowledge that weather conditions and other natural events may affect access, outdoor activities, views, wildlife sightings, internet service, utilities like electricity, and overall conditions during their stay.
2. Guest Responsibility For The Property
The Guest agrees to exercise reasonable care while using the cottage and its facilities and accepts responsibility for any loss, breakage, damage, or destruction caused by the Guest or any member of their party, including children, visitors, and pets. The Guest agrees to reimburse Magpie Cottage for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or restoration of damaged property.
